Hi there!
Today we had a great start of our weekly group session. The after-sunset-atmosphere was absolutely amazing and we had a cold-dip in Lake Pfäffikon before warming up and going through a breathing session at my place.
Thanks to Corina, Joel and Martin for a wonderful time!
